Hello, I'm Rayna Neises, an ICF Certified Professional Life Coach with a heart dedicated to supporting women on their caregiving journeys. My personal experience as a caregiver for both of my parents, who passed away from Alzheimer's disease, has deeply influenced my approach to coaching. I understand firsthand the challenges and rewards of caregiving, and I'm passionate about helping others navigate this complex path with grace, resilience, and faith.

I hold certifications in life and leadership coaching, and I specialize in dementia support, and family caregiver coaching. My goal is to empower caregivers to not only provide compassionate care but also to prioritize their own well-being, ensuring they find balance and fulfillment in their caregiving roles.

In addition to my coaching services, I host "A Season of Caring Podcast," where I share stories of faith and hope stories to support caregivers through their journey. I'm also excited about my latest project, "Grannies Talkin' Dementia," a podcast that offers wisdom, faith-filled insights, and practical advice from those who've walked the path of dementia caregiving.
