Born in Aotearoa, New Zealand, Dr Elizabeth Pritchard (PhD, MHScOT, MIPPA) is a leading international keynote speaker, researcher, and leadership coach who specializes in cultivating women Authentic Leaders. Living in Australia, she is the Co-founder and Director of WALT Institute (Women Authentic Leadership Training Institute) typically coaching and training executives and professionals, across the world. She is renowned for her ability to help empower women to believe in themselves, be heard, be seen, and accomplish their untapped greatness. Elizabeth’s career spans over 3 decades of working in the field of neuroscience, leadership and research, also achieving her PhD in 2015. Dr Pritchard is the past president of Occupational Therapy New Zealand-Whakaora Ngangahau Aotearoa (2007-2010) and contributes to the governance and research outputs of many research projects promoting Public Health. Rising above adversity of being abused in her childhood and finding her voice in her 40s, Elizabeth has a passion to inspire others to find their unique and powerful voice. She helps women get promoted, have stronger collaborations, feel confident, and lead successful teams with their own authenticity and strengths.
