Navigating Challenges and Overcoming Obstacles

Week 4: What are some better tools I can implement to manage obstacles and challenges more efficiently? What is proactive navigation?

Leading through Change and Uncertainty

Week 5: Explore your response to change and uncertainty? What drives the members in my team around these concepts and how can I lead?

Building and Leading High Performing Teams

Week 6: Learn what is a high-performing team. What are the 8 components I need to embrace, and how I can make this happen?

Meet your coaches:

Dr. Elizabeth Pritchard, PhD

Elizabeth is a leading international keynote speaker, researcher, and leadership coach who specialises in cultivating and empowering Authentic Leadership with women executives. She is the Co-founder and Director of WALT Institute with over 30 years of coaching and leadership experience, typically working with corporates, health professionals and academics.

Christine Burns, BAPsych

Christine is a leading educator, former elite athlete, author and performance coach. She is the CEO and Co-Founder of WALT Institute & a Coach for RRI International (Tony Robbins). As a former elite athlete in hockey for New Zealand, she has over 20 years of coaching, sport psychology and performance expertise which she brings to the global arena of Authentic Leadership.
